		<description>We are only a few % of the world&#039;s population. When 5% of the globe dominates, this means that 95% is working sub-par. The US needs to get its act together and do better as the regulatory decline noted in the story is real but as India, the PRC, and the rest of the non-integrating Gap comes out of their intellectual/economic isolation, we&#039;re naturally going to matter less individually while the entire world gets better off. I&#039;ll take that future gladly for myself and my children too.
