		<description>I love what this man is saying. Mark Drabenstott, formerly of the Fed Reserve in Kansas City and now with RUPRI, had a great way of stating this:

We have got to think beyond the jurisdictional lines that 18th and 19th century surveyors laid down for us. Twenty-first century opportunities are not a respecter of those boundaries.&quot;
