If the people on the jury were really Canadian, how did they end up on jury duty in the U.S.? It’s laughable to think the assistant D.A. believes his silly excuse.
If someone intend it to be, it is. If it is used about a group because other identifying words/terms are politically incorrect, Canadian will be as politically incorrect.
If it is used about a Canadian citizen it should not be considered racist, but then again you never know.

Is “Canadian” a Racist Term?
If someone intend it to be, it is.
