		<description>What happens to the bank (or other investor) that took over the to be foreclosed property and rented it back to the former owner if the renters find a job in another city? Houses located in cities that are losing population are not a good place to own rental property. Either the bank or the investor (probably bank financed) are going to end up losing - probably for the second time.</description>
