Hey Richard- this poll has way underestimated the support for smoke free. I know you from way back, in 02 or 03 I believe down for the Memphis Manifesto deal. I put on boxing matches and we all went rollin’ on the Memphis streets in the Eldorado droptop. Anyway, I have gone on to open my own tavern, The Royale, in the fertile grounds of South Saint Louis City.
Anyway, here is a link to my study I did of my clientele: http://stlstreets.com/2008/02/royale-smoking-study.htm
We went smoke free 3 years after we opened and it was a boon to business, and the smokers never stopped coming. It goes in to great detail.
I hope all is well in your creative world. We are still making our own fun in the STL. Stop in if you are ever thirsty.
