    This interview was very informative and I am interested to learn more about Richard’s work. A few comments…..
    – it is terrific to see someone speak up for the diversity of Toronto
    – In New Zealand and Australia they provide much more support for the service class / higher hour rate etc. People told me this is due to losing much of their manufacturing years ago.
