		<description>When I lived in Boulder in the late 90&#039;s, the big joke was that all the hippies from the 70&#039;s were getting older, digging up the backyard looking for their Bell jars of drug cash, investing it and becoming the community business leaders. All kidding aside, I think Boulder is a fine model for 2nd tier cities. It all boils down to building on your strengths- and never underestimating the power of your city&#039;s quality of life.</description>
