		<description>It's great that numbers are showing that people are nurturing more of their personal life as opposed to only their professional life. I think "then," women were more eager to prove themselves, move up the ladder. "Now," we have relatively equal footing - it's more about women making themselves happy rather than just showing the opposite sex how accomplished they can be. We know we're intelligent, educated, and capable - knowing that personally is what matters, at least to me. I don't think there's anything wrong with doing your job, earning your paycheck without taking on more than necessary, coming home, and LIVING.</description>
