    Thanks for taking the time folks! And good lookin’ out on the Canadian reference! Maestro would be proud!

    Chopping breaks is like liberating drums from context – its a really interesting practice to engage in. This is true of sampling in general. Once you understand how pervasive it’s become in popular music though it really opens up a lot of interesting questions.
